SAP at MICROSOFT: The Microsoft implementation of SAP is a large-scale enterprise solution featuring SAP R/3, SCM(APO), GTS, and BW from SAP AG and SQL Server, Windows .NET Server and Exchange from Microsoft Corporation. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates that are motivated to grow their careers in SAP and Microsoft technologies. The individual will be responsible for executing large programs/projects, adopting SDLC methodology for Packaged Applications, project estimations, stakeholder communications, building strong partner relationships, emphasis on quality and predictability, collaborate with other Microsoft IT team, integrate Microsoft technologies with SAP.

Core Job Responsibilities:

This individual will be responsible for managing large Programs/Projects. As a P.M, individual will be responsible for end-to-end exaction of the program/project using SDLC methodologies.
In addition, responsible for Reaching out to COE partner organizations and evangelize EAS release processes.
Qualifications Should Include:
A minimum of 8-10 years of demonstrated implementation/project management experience in SAP system (including configuration) and program analysis and program management for large enterprise systems.
Candidates should have expertise in several of the following areas.
Primary cross-functional overall experience in SAP R/3 FI/CO, HR, SD, MM, or GTS and strong expertise in cross-group collaboration efforts.
Secondary functional experience in APO and BW
Program management - Managing projects, processes, service, and technology decisions.
PMP certification is a plus
SAP System Upgrade Project Management experience is required
SAP SCM functional experience is desired
A BA/BS degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or related field preferred.
The candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills and must have proven cross-group collaboration experience in dealing with global teams.
Candidate must have an excellent understanding of Microsoft products, software lifecycle methodology (SDLC) and information systems development and support.
Must be able to participate in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Strong problem resolution, analysis and customer service skills required. Must have ability to exercise sound judgment and decision-making.
